The process of generating collection accounts associated with Purchase Orders for Claro Colombia involves the use of several applications and performing the corresponding calculations to create them manually.
User interaction with these applications, pulling data from one and uploading to another, causes delays to the process. And this was improved by the dynamic generation of charge accounts.


SOLUTION

A solution was developed to automate: the integration of the applications, and to perform the calculations involved in the process, dynamically, according to the percentages to be charged to the client.
