Last December 16, we closed the year 2023 in an unforgettable way with an elegant blue carpet, where each of our collaborators became the protagonist. The vibrant atmosphere of our 360 booth was the perfect setting for everyone to enjoy an evening full of dancing, laughter and memorable moments.

The evening opened with the inspiring words of our respected General Manager, William Vazquez. In a thoughtful speech, he expressed his sincere appreciation to the entire team for their ability to overcome challenges and demonstrate resilience throughout the year. He highlighted how "Harmony in teamwork has been fundamental to our continued progress".

Gratitude was extended to our valued customers, with special recognition for Erickson Lima of Zina, the Nokia Unit. He emphasized "The importance of the trust placed in us by customers", stressing that "the relationship goes beyond a business partnership". Collaboration with clients like Erickson Lima has become an experience of mutual growth and constant learning.

In the middle of the event, our managers were recognized for their outstanding work and commitment. Gloria Arango, Planning Manager; William Vásquez, General Manager; Walter Vásquez, Financial Manager; Hellen Larran, Human Resources Manager; and Armando Larrans, Consulting Manager, received the well-deserved recognition.

In a gesture of deep respect, our General Manager took the opportunity to wish everyone moments of peace and joy as a family during the holidays. He also encouraged everyone to recharge their batteries for the coming year, envisioning a future full of opportunities for growth, learning and the achievement of even more ambitious goals.

At this event, the participation of all attendees contributed to creating a unique atmosphere. The diversity of poses in the 360 booth reflected the authenticity and connection among our team members. We thank each person present for their commitment and enthusiasm, making this celebration a testament to the strength of our community.
